The goal you set establishes your training and the way you think as you craft your running experience. &nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">For some runners, this experience is to run with their running community and friends, while others want a specific time or distance to push towards.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">It doesn\u2019t matter what type of runner you are, or the experience you are wanting, there are four key areas that you will naturally put in place. These are: &nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Your expectations<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Your running shoes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Your community <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Your choice to participate or race<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">It\u2019s a running package. &nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">These four areas inside your package are not all equal and will change for you at different times in your running journey. &nbsp;That\u2019s what makes your running experiences so interesting, exciting, and at times frustrating.
